All Small Six Any Tips on Removing Large Log Head?

This relates to all small sixes
Does the high mount block have easier provisions for installing a manual?
Yes easy if you would like to use all the Ford Small Six Factory Manual Transmission Parts that would basically bolts all together into your car. I.E. Like the Larger T4 Cable Clutch Bell Housing (a little more rare but then T5 Trans bolts right up without needing an adapter Plate) with a standard 136 Tooth Flat Flywheel and the 9 Inch Clutch Assembly in the Diaphragm type. There are T5 Adaptor Plates that bolt the T5 to the other 1979 up Bell Housings too. Good luck

"...quite a bit of transmission..."
that's how I got my wagon. Fluid pouring out as fast as poured in.
Simple replace of that 1st gasket - a piece of paper @ frnt of 'pump'.
(last guy, I guess, cant C how it'd tear, ripped w/some wrk/reassembly).

Mid-Fox is such a piece of history... the "transitionary vehicle of everything".
(mine's the 3.8L, 2 jet throttle body. They had 4 motors, 3 or 4 transmis, 3 or 4 models.
End of all that as - my belief, wages no longer matched product price, so companies no
longer offered so many options in attempts to lure in more customers). Grenade-a thru
'04 (some claim more) stang - 2.5 decades of just over 8.5 feet.
