FOUND 1963 223 Cylinder Head

I have my engine at a machine shop doing a "once over". My head is cracked (they can fix) but the valve seats are very worn and they are not sure they can repair with out damage. This is my families first old truck.
I am in need of a cylinder head.
My internet searching has come up zero even for an aftermarket one.

I was able to locate one in a friends backyard local........weird but sometimes word of mouth is better than the interwebs.
