Hello,
I'm posting my settings here because I could not find recommendations for my application when I was researching. Hope this helps some folks out. I'm still doing a bit of fine tuning but these settings run great.

1961 Ford Falcon 4dr sedan 144ci
DUI distributor - 0.055" plug gap
Headers w/ 2.5" exhaust ( one exit, single chamber muffler and resonator)
Ford 3g alternator
Electric cooling fans

Weber 32/36 DFV
Primary Secondary
main jet 160 155
idle jet 45 40
air corrector 160 155
emulsion tube F50 F66
accelerator pump 50

Air/ fuel screw: 2 turns out
speed screw : 1/2 turn in
Idle : 550 rpm (+- 50)
Ignition timing : 16 degrees BTDC
AFR at idle : about 13.1

I'm hoping I can gut my LoM and put the guts of an A-team hei into it. Fingers crossed
I've always wondered if you can take a HEI style distributor for a 200 (5/16 hex shaft) and get an oil pump rebuild kit for a 200 (rotor w/ 5/16 shaft) and just fit it in a 144/170. Im not sure if the oiling system is the same or the dimensions, but ive seen HEI style distributors for as low as $90.
