I am in need of a crankshaft pulley/Harmonic balancer fo a 1948 flathead six. The one I have is partial seperated from the balancer. The part number is 7HA 6781
The only one I can find is for the V8 Part number 6312-B

There isn't a lot of choices in being able to find one for the 1948 Flathead Six maybe some of the Antique Ford car parts companies like C & G in Calif. Sacramento Ford parts Cailf, CJ Moss in Orange California and there maybe a few others that you could try. There is a company called the Damper Doctor in Reding Ca. that maybe able to rebuild your old Damper or has one to exchange. https://damperdoctor.com

Check the internet for harmonic balancer rebuild. There are several companies that rebuild them. For between $100 and 150 you can have yours rebuilt “as new”.
