Looks like a HT3B Holset!
It would be fairly hopeless as its hard to get this turbo to spool on a 340 boost starts from 4000rpm

Check out the defect notice on the windscreen too.. Its got the police insignia on it, which means he hasnt bothered taking it over the pits yet
