Wanted Steel shim gasket for 200

I am looking for a steel shim gasket for my 68 200.
NOS or remanufactured, as long as it has 0.025” thickness.

Or a recommendation where I could custom order one, thanks!

Steel shim gaskets for 3.50" - 144/170 bore are fairly available and often sold as suitable for 200/250. The 3.68" - 200/250 bore steel shim gaskets (AFAIK) are unobtainable except for rare appearance of NOS on Interweb' sales sites. I got a 3.68" gasket on E-BAy (C9xx), showed up folded in half -creasing it. I returned it...

I have some - used steel shim 3.68" bore gaskets, previous discussions have mentioned re-use but haven't tried..

I run a steel shim gasket with a D7 head cut to 48cc's on a 170 (71 Maverick C9xx block) with the 3.50 bore. With 48cc chambers and steel gasket the 170 is close to 9.5:1 CR. Installed with copper coat spray, it runs great , on 93 octane for over 10 years with no weeping by engine or myself.

I am more than willing to try out one of your used gaskets (3.68”), if it doesn’t seal I still have a Mahle and Felpro to switch to!
How much are you asking for for one gasket and shipping within the US?

Further conversation @ steel shims - HELP appreciated:

The Compressed thickness of the Steel D7xx gaskets is probably closer to .025-.027" although that is only an assumption.

I can't find any empirical evidence of the later 200/250 shim gasket compressed thickness and I never did the math..

I assume the later (250) D3xx and D7xx steel shim gaskets are more similar to later Ford OEM service replacement steel shim gasket( C9DE 6051C ):

Anecdotally, the very early C0xx (144/170 bore) gaskets were purportedly @ .018 - .022" compressed. But later Ford OEM replacement steel shim - 200 - C9DE 6051C - was purportedly .027" compressed.
