NOS? /or/ can U tell if it was freshly machined?

To me it looks freshly milled. Hold onta the guy's contact info.
Or ask him yourself if he can supply more. I have talked w/folks
"for Matt" (some 1 set up to supply retail) and connected to C if
we can have prts otherwise unavailable (silicone r. hoses, etc)...
Finally, this is a different part than the 'thrust plate' no? Isn't that
a huge washer type thing?
