No. In 1979, the Cali 200 got a mandatory auto, and after 1980, no SROD or T4 manual was made. There are some manual bellhousings around for pre 1981 small bells.
The 1981 on 200 big bells never ever had a manual behind them due to the cost of certifying them for California and then the other 49 states (including high altitude areas).
