Oil starving dizzy gear and camshaft using Yella Terra rockers

I read an old post referring to oil starvation of the dizzy/camshaft gear when using Yella Terra roller rockers in a 200ci. The recommendation was to grind a grove on the two lifters adjacent to the oil hole in the gallery to allow a bit of oil to leak out.
If it is indeed a problem, I am considering tapping the unused oil feed that the stock rockers originally use, and running a 1/8" copper tube to the front end of the aluminum CI head.
Thoughts?
