All Small Six I can only get my cam halfway out

Break them loose with a hammer and punch first. Hit one side

I found a heavier punch with a bigger end on it. They came out in a couple minutes. They drove into the block but I grabbed one side with pliers and got them out. Thanks!
Also, it looks like there's a few small freeze plugs on the head where the exhaust manifold went if I'm thinking correctly. Take those out also? And what about the ones on the back side of the block also.

The smaller plugs are for oil passages. I usually leave them in place unless they are leaking, or corroded from the outside.

The top/center one is a coolant plug, the one on the side is a cam bore plug
