Trying to figure out just how to mount the Daytona 'universal' carb on my 68 mustang 200. Cant quite make my non-anylytical brain find an answer to what the linkage needs to do. Anyone with this setup that can post a picture or two or an explanation of if I need to change/convert something please help!

Here's a picture of one on a chebby inline from my van forum.

Thanks, saw that yesterday but looks pretty different from a mustang setup.

Someone has to have one of these things right?

what do U have now?
The above shows van only rod link...
We have plenty of threads for the search at function above...

Im a moron. Looked at it with fresh eyes this morning. Come to find out, if you un hook the throttle return spring, the arm pivots exactly to where it needs to be. Fired up, idled, drove good - need to time it again and install a choke cable, but that carb made all the difference in making it drivable... and it was plug and play

~not ur 1st rodeo~
Like said "fresh eyes", "sleep on it".
Sometimes w/frustration we hop onanother job/vehicle. Sompin like a break, exhaust or other routeen and while there it comes - where we left that flashlight ("Its still on, under that tie rod job we backed out onto the drive for pick up & payment. Still on and it's magnet holding it to the oil pan"). Zen? New Mind? Grace? Focus?
Glad U got there !
Anyway we can...
