Hi everyone,
For the small six (144/170/200) engines, is there an alternative to the cork valve cover gaskets (like a rubber gasket?). I have a 144 c.i. six cylinder with a 170 head (the combustion chambers were measured and 0.030" was milled off the head to bring it back to 144 specs) that seems to leak oil into the number six spark plug, fouling the plug. It seems to be leaking from the valve cover, although the Fel-pro valve cover gasket is new and the bolts are snugged down. Any suggestions and part numbers for alternative valve cover gaskets would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
