All Small Six Ford falcon Fairmont 2003 starting issues

my ford falcon Fairmont 2003 won’t start, Ticking sound from engine bay. Recently changed spark plugs and has a new battery. Has 248K km driven. Any help is greatly appreciated

 
Thats the throttle swinging to check its position. Sounds like the ECU has a problem. Check the plugs on the ecu for water ingestion or earthing problems.

Certainly possible, but less likely than a sensors. Try to do a fault analysis from the OBD port. Most workshops can do this, or you could buy one, get a mobile mechanic to come to you.
 
Yeah I’ve used a OBD2 scanner and got the following fault codes; B2139 data mismatch, P1260 vehicle immobilized, P2105 throttle actuator control system forced engine shutdown
