250 swap

I have an opportunity to pick up a running driving 70 Ranchero with a worn out 302 for a song. I have two 250's that could make 1 good engine over a long weekend. I assume that the bolt pattern should match up and be pretty "easy" swap. Any big hurdles I am not aware of? Sorry it this is...
